Shinola Retail in Ann Arbor is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead on the floor, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will model sales excellence, build relationships, and contribute to store initiatives while supporting the Store Manager.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and availability for nights and weekends. Compensation starts at $20.25 per hour with potential monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do:

• Drive excellence in the customer experience through on-the-floor leadership and coaching
• Set the example for achieving personal sales goals and building relationships through quality outreach
• Identify learning opportunities by being present on the sales floor and providing feedback in the moment
• Support Store Manager in larger scale initiatives and operations
• Coach on store visual standards
• Own financial reporting and daily updates
• Supports the Store manager with coaching, developing, and resolving conflicts with all members of the team
• Supports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Regularly and consistently abides by all Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within
• Regularly and consistently abides by the Standards of Conduct and Ethics, and all policies and procedures included within
