Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned SHINE staff.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations including crisis planning.
• Deliver therapy and conduct assessments for youth and families.
