Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a laboratory environment preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in compound semiconductor process desired.
• Self-sufficient learner, able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various wafer process steps including etching and polishing.
• Analyze Statistical Process Control data and report issues.
• Responsible for basic maintenance of production machines.
