• Associates degree (A.A.S.) or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating professionally with all stakeholders.
• Adhere to quality system procedures and requirements.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; ensure compliance through subordinates.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance policies.
• Support safety committee initiatives and projects.
• Administer company policies fairly to all subordinates.
• Execute the production schedule.
• Complete quality checks and relevant paperwork for tasks.
• Set priorities for setup, maintenance, prep and mold repair.
• Manage pull board system.
• Fill daily shift reports to track production.
• Ensure part quality and efficiency.
• Track attendance and administer discipline per policy.
• Write and administer routine performance evaluations for group leaders and operators.
• Lead 6S (continuous improvement) in manufacturing.
