Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Shift Supervisor for the West Palm Beach area. The role involves guarding properties, directing visitors, and enforcing access control to protect people and assets, with a focus on safe, compliant operations.

The position requires a valid security license, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years in security, customer service, front desk, and previous shift supervision, along with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Security Guard License required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Security Officer.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Desk.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Shift Supervisor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs daily.
• Ability to stay calm during crisis or high-stress periods.
• Reliable, positive attitude, and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors.
• Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property.
• Monitoring operational procedures.
• Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas.
• Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests.
• Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
• Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
