• Prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Manage security services including post orders, staffing, scheduling, and training at the site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to security officers and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Respond to emergencies and help ensure safety of people and property.
