Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the security of a high profile client’s facility, property, and surrounding campus for a designated shift. The role involves performing general security duties, enforcing policies and post orders, deterring criminal activity and misconduct.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm
• Full Time
• $19 / Hour

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Additional qualifications include military service, police experience, or equivalent security experience

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary
• Provide direction to security personnel
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of service
• Perform operational functions like incident report review and security surveys

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
• Knowledge of EMS protocols or Medical First Responder/EMT
