Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career development within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
