Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, manage scheduling, and ensure equipment and paperwork are in order.

This role offers full-time or part-time shifts, with various day, evening, and weekend options depending on location. Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
