A leading company is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee. This entry-level role prepares employees for management positions by developing key skills in customer service and store operations. Trainees will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and handle customer relations. The position offers part-time hours with comprehensive benefits.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned tasks to develop management skills, learns about key business aspects like customer loyalty and CVS/pharmacy culture, and completes necessary training.
Upon successful completion, trainees may be considered for promotion to supervisory roles that support store management, drive store performance, and enhance customer service. When no manager is present, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.
Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Overtime may be required.
Preferred: Retail experience.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Part-time, approximately 20 hours weekly. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
