An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor Trainee to join their team. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned tasks to develop management skills, learns about the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service), and understands CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees may be considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These leadership roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager onsite, the supervisor leads staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer proficiency, advanced communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
