The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee to perform higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves completing basic operations and management skills training, learning about customer loyalty, and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Upon successful training completion, Trainees are eligible for promotion to supervisory roles that support store management, drive performance, and enhance customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and manages opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Weekly hours: 40
• Full-time position
• Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and location
