The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to gain the necessary skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team in driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty, especially when no manager is onsite. Responsibilities include leading store staff and ensuring smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
