The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing tasks as directed, completing basic operations and management training, and learning about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for promotion to supervisory positions that support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff and ensures smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Anticipated weekly hours: 29
Employment type: Part-time
Pay range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and location.
