A leading health solutions provider is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Oklahoma City. This entry-level, full-time role is designed to develop management skills, promote customer service excellence, and prepare trainees for supervisory roles. Comprehensive benefits include medical plans, 401(k), and tuition assistance, making this an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals.
At CVS Health, we're building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care.
As the nation's leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels, and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues — caring for people where, when, and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient, and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop management skills, learns about key business aspects (e.g., building customer loyalty through excellent service), and understands CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open supervisory positions. These leadership roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical plans, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, tuition assistance, and retiree medical access. For more information, visit our benefits page.
Application deadline: 08/12/2025.
