The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Trainee performs work as directed to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These roles support the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Anticipated weekly hours: 25
Time Type: Part-time
The typical pay range is $18.34 per hour. Actual offers depend on various factors.
