Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and procedures.
• Train and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address performance gaps.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee requests and time-off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
