The Shift Supervisor plays an important role in supporting Harbor Care’s mission by providing leadership and operational oversight of Residential Support Workers (RSW's) to ensure staff accountability, resident safety, and effective program operations. Moreover, this position is responsible for helping create a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients, staff, and community partners.

Schedule: 40-hour, non-exempt/hourly position;10am-6pm or 11am-7pm schedule to provide coverage across first and second shift operations. Schedule will include one weekend day; Tuesday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Thursday.
