Harbor Care is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Residential Shift Supervisor in Nashua, NH. The role leads Residential Support Workers, ensures safety, and upholds recovery-centered care across day and evening shifts.

Schedule includes 10am–6pm with weekend coverage in a non-exempt, hourly position. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in behavioral health or related field, plus experience in residential treatment and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience with Residential Treatment.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders/Behavioral Health.
• Leadership or supervision experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work 10am–6pm and provide coverage across first and second shift.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary operational leader during your shift, guiding RSWs and ensuring continuity of care.
• Coordinate staff coverage and assign daily responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and real-time guidance to RSWs on first and second shifts.
• Monitor milieu safety, document accurately, and uphold program policies.
• Facilitate groups and reinforce trauma-informed, recovery-centered care.
• Escalate concerns to leadership and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
