Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations when leadership is away. You will receive merchandise, stock shelves, and prepare products for merchandising while greeting guests and assisting them on the salesfloor.

You will also guide team members to ensure smooth shift operations, with a focus on efficient deliveries and on-floor customer service throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare product for floor merchandising and stock shelves.
• Break down deliveries efficiently and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them in finding items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
