Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team and craft quality beverages in a welcoming store environment. You will coach partners, ensure standards, handle cash and safety, and support daily store operations.

Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and community engagement within the store. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
