Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will guide team members, model friendly service, and ensure every beverage is prepared to standard while maintaining store safety and cash controls. The role requires six months of customer-facing and supervisory-like experience, with flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring regular customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach peers.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Familiarity with store policies, safety, and cash handling.
