Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a welcoming coffeehouse environment and coach team members in crafting high-quality beverages and food. You will ensure excellent customer service, uphold store standards, and support safety and operations during your shift.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
