Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space where partners deliver high-quality beverages and food. You will coach team members and drive excellent customer service across busy shifts.

You will delegate tasks, supervise preparation to standard recipes, and uphold store policies, safety, and security while maintaining a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere for the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
