Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the coffeehouse team and craft quality beverages in a welcoming space for the community.

You will guide daily operations, coach partners, and ensure adherence to recipes, safety, and store standards while promoting a positive customer experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others and coordinate a team.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
