Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position needing constant customer interaction.
• Ability to direct the work of others and lead a team.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail environment and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate workload across the team.
