Starbucks Coffee Company in Centerville, VA is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead café operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for our community and consistent beverage quality.

You will coach partners, manage daily tasks, uphold store safety and cash handling, and help teammates grow through development opportunities and the extensive benefits Starbucks offers. The role requires flexible hours and a passion for guest experience.
