Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Milford, CT is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, fostering a welcoming space for the community and supervising team members to ensure quality beverages and food.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of store safety, cash handling and operating policies.
