Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Monmouth, Oregon is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team and ensure our customers receive quality beverages and foods in a welcoming space. You will uphold store standards, coach teammates, and manage duties with care.

You will delegate tasks, handle cash, and maintain safety and cleanliness while providing excellent customer service across flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
