Starbucks Coffee Company in Tallahassee seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming store environment.

The role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, ability to coach beverage preparation to standard recipes, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
