Starbucks Corp. in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart.

You will mentor team members, ensure beverage and food quality, and uphold safety and store policies while delivering a welcoming experience to customers. This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to coach staff and coordinate tasks.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.
