Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team and craft high-quality beverages in a welcoming community space. You will ensure customer satisfaction, coach partners, and maintain store standards.

The role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, teamwork, and strong communication in a retail setting, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
