Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Chicago area seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for customers and partners. You will coach the team, manage food and beverage prep to standard recipes, handle cash, and maintain store safety and policy compliance.

The role involves flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights, with opportunities to grow through our benefits and development programs.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
