Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy store in the Cicero area. You will guide a small team, ensure timely beverage and food preparation, and maintain quality standards while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

Experience in customer service, cash handling, and team coordination is expected. The role requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks for a team.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customize per customer request.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
