Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store for the community. You will coach beverage and food prep, uphold quality standards, and guide a team to meet store policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities
