Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and uphold store policies and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain store excellence.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customers' preferences.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Support store policies, safety, and cash handling while ensuring quality beverages and food.
