Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide beverage and food prep to standard recipes, coach team members, and uphold store safety and policies.

The position requires flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) and strong communication to build relationships with customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Direct work of others and coordinate two or more employees.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Maintain consistency with store policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
