Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for customers and partners. You will guide team members, uphold store standards, and ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing.

This role emphasizes coaching, quality beverage preparation, food prep to standard recipes, and safe, friendly service. You will delegate tasks, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive store

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

• Six months experience in customer-facing roles.
