Starbucks Coffee Company in Raymond, NH is seeking an experienced shift supervisor to lead our coffeehouse team with craft and heart. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach partners, delegate tasks, and uphold safety while delivering warm customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes running a welcoming space for the community, meeting store policies, and supporting a positive work environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
