Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a creative and caring team in a welcoming coffeehouse setting. You will ensure quality beverages, coordinate daily operations, and uphold safety and service standards while engaging with customers and supporting your partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching the team, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for the community. Flexible hours and a focus on growth are central to the position.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Able to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
