Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team with craftsmanship and warmth, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise baristas and food prep teams, uphold quality standards, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service across all shifts.

You will maintain safety, cash handling, and store policies, while building relationships with customers and supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing work experience.
• Ability to coach beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
