Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a high-performing store, crafting quality beverages and foods while ensuring a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will oversee daily prep, uphold safety standards, and coach teammates to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more staff members.
• Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety.
• Direct the work of others and learn quickly in a retail environment.
