Starbucks Coffee Company in San Francisco is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community and maintaining quality beverages and food.

You will coach teammates, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies while delivering excellent customer service during flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
