Starbucks Corp. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming cafe environment for the community. You will direct team members, uphold store standards, and provide quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others; strong interpersonal skills; effective oral communication.
