Starbucks Coffee Company in San Francisco is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse welcoming and efficient. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.

This role emphasizes guest connection, teamwork, and safety. You will coach colleagues, delegate tasks, uphold store policies, and participate in ongoing development opportunities through Starbucks benefits.

Competenze

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
