Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, uphold store policies, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customize for customers.

• Knowledge of the retail environment; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
