Starbucks Coffee Company in Dallas, TX is looking for a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to keep our store welcoming and efficient. You will coach team members, ensure quality beverages and food, uphold safety standards, and model exceptional customer service during busy shifts.

This role requires consistent attendance, flexible hours, and the ability to delegate tasks and supervise multiple teammates.
