Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor partners, uphold quality beverages and food, and ensure store safety and cash handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly; strong communication.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and teamwork.
