You will coach crew, maintain quality beverages and food to standard recipes, manage tasks, and uphold safety and store policies while supporting flexible hours and part-time or full-time opportunities. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
