Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store in a welcoming, community-focused environment. You will mentor partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coach staff, manage tasks, and contribute to a positive customer experience at Starbucks locations across California.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees and coordinating work.
• Ability to coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes.
